Discovering ourselves,
our values, needs, and inner stance—is absolutely essential for our growth, our inner freedom. Uncovering who we really are is an adventurous, liberating process that never really ends. And if we choose to open to it, it can finally allow us to meet and REUNITE with all our inner parts —allow us to stay connected to our own essence.
I keep giving, and I have nowhere to draw from...
What you might be feeling
How I can support your stability:
Maybe you recognize yourself as “the nice one” and “the reliable one.” You help, you meet others halfway, you soothe, you hold relationships together. That’s admirable. But it also has its other side.
The fear of saying “no” — you might be afraid of conflict, rejection, or of coming across as selfish. And over time, fatigue, irritability, and a quiet “what about me?” can start to surface.
-
Recognizing the pattern: We’ll see where you give yourself up (and why), and what you’re actually protecting.
-
The language of boundaries: We’ll practice phrases and ways to set boundaries calmly and firmly. Not because you “have to,” but because the reasons behind your actions shift inside you.
-
Returning to self-care: We’ll set up routines that are important for you, and not only “when there’s time left.” You’ll feel the joy in each moment you allow yourself an honest “no,” unlocking a path to your inner freedom.
What now?
What you might be feeling
How I can support your stability:
A breakup, a job change, parenthood, moving house, returning after an illness, a new season of life… Even a positive change can throw you off balance. The old no longer applies, and the new hasn’t settled in yet. You may feel lost, react more sensitively, and doubt yourself—while also feeling like you “should be fine by now.”
-
Making sense of the transition: We’ll look at what’s really happening—what is holding you back, where, and why, even though your mind feels ready to move forward.
-
New identity and priorities: We’ll name what you want to carry with you—and what you no longer want to.
-
First stable steps: We’ll set clear, concrete steps so your new chapter can start resting on a sense of security, and you can experience what it’s like to step out of the old tracks.
It's never enough...
What you might be feeling
How I can support your stability
Outwardly, you may come across as capable—but inside, something keeps pulling you down. You over-control yourself, compare yourself, fear making a mistake. Success doesn’t bring you joy, because “yeah, but…” shows up right away. You often hold back, you don’t ask for what you need, or you’d rather step aside so you won’t be “a burden.”
-
Understanding the voice of the inner critic:: You'll learn how to gradually reshape your inner dialogue with the inner critic—we’ll bring it into the work not as a force that limits and tears you down, but as an advisor and mentor.
-
Grounding in your strengths: We’ll name what you’re good at, what you’ve already handled, and build a steadier sense of support within yourself. Because there’s a lot you can do—it's just been hidden under layers of inner insecurity.
-
Stepping into the world safely: You’ll manage gradual steps of courage (asking for what you need, sharing your opinion, being seen) without the pressure to be perfect. You’ll gain a new experience that makes it possible to be who you need to be.
I know
I am capable of more ...

How I can support your stability
Inside, you feel that your life could be fuller—truly yours. You have dreams, ideas… but when it comes to the first step, something pulls you back. The questions arrive: “What if I fail? What if I find out I really don’t have what it takes?” So you stay in planning mode—collecting information, comparing yourself to others—or waiting for the moment you’ll feel 100% ready. But that moment often doesn’t come.
-
Clarify what is truly yours: We’ll separate your own dreams from other people’s expectations and name what you genuinely want.
-
Untangle fear and inner brakes: We’ll identify what’s really holding you back (perfectionism, shame, fear of failure) and learn how to work with it—both in your body and in your mind.
-
Turn the dream into steps: We’ll build a realistic “first–second–third step” plan, so it’s not a leap into the void, but a series of small experiments.
-
Build courage through practice: We’ll train how to take steps even without certainty—with support, structure, and without self-criticism.
